This sweater is knitted from the top down, so you can easily try the sweater on along the way to find the perfect fit for you. It is very easy to knit, and can be a great beginner knit. The fit is oversized, but it is feminine in the cut. The increases are made using yarn overs that form a small row of holes on each side of the raglan stitches. Which also gives it a delicate expression. The sweater is knitted in double yarn, one yarn Peruvian and one yarn Tilia from Filcolana, or another type of yarn that has the same knitting tension. Peruvian can easily be replaced with Drops Air, Kos from Sandnes Garn, double yarn Duo/merino wool from Sandnes Garn or Alpakka 3 from Isager. Tilia can be replaced with Alva from Filcolana, another type of silk or kid silk mohair from other suppliers. There are many possibilities here.
Size guide
The sweater has a range of motion of approximately 5 - 10 cm. Chest measurement of approximately 80 - 90 (90 - 100) 100 - 120 (120 - 140) cm corresponds to size XS/S (M/L) XL/2XL (3XL).. Measure yourself before you start knitting.
It is a good idea to knit a sample before you start to check that the knitting tension is correct. Note that the knitting tension is stated after the sweater has been rinsed.
