The hoodie is knitted from the top down in double rib. First, a square is knitted, which corresponds to the top of the head. Then, sts are picked up along both sides of this square, and the hoodie is then knitted straight down in double rib. Finally, it is gathered under the chin and then knitted in the round. If desired, the hat can be knitted with a good neck that extends beyond the shoulder area.
