 The skirt is knitted top down in stocking stitch. The folded edge is knitted double, before being folded and knitted down.

There are increases evenly distributed in the skirt to achieve width. When the desired length is reached, the skirt is cast off before picking up stitches again to create the cute ruffle.

It is a good idea to knit a test piece before you start to check that the knitting tension is correct. Note that the knitting tension is stated after rinsing.

Sizes

The skirt will adapt to the body, and will stretch 6 cm in width, without spoiling the look. The sizes correspond to standard European sizes.
